REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund Request Time
● Please submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Refund Conditions
● The product must be in unused, unwashed condition and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
● To ensure the integrity of the product, we will inspect the returned product. Only products that meet the above conditions will be refunded.
Refund Process
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team to state your refund request via the following methods:

b. Phone: 2094407741 - Get a Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a return address.
- Mail the product: Mail the product to the specified address along with the Return Authorization Number. Please keep the mailing receipt for easy reference.
- Refund Processing: Once we have accepted your return and confirmed that it meets the conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Special Terms
● Discounted items: If the purchased items are on sale or promotional items, the refund will be based on the actual payment amount of the items.
● Shipping costs: Unless there are quality problems with the items, shipping costs will not be refunded.
